Join Misty Soderholm as she guides you on a journey inward in order to create a beautiful piece of art through connecting to your heart and spirit. This paint party will include a guided meditation and breath-work at the beginning, conscious music all evening, abstract painting, healthy snacks, and closing sharing circle to end. Connect with other like-minded individuals and create an expression of your spirit's energy on canvas. This adult party is open to all and requires no experience in meditation or painting. $40 per person includes all supplies and food.
